Red Flags To Watch For
- Pressure to sign right away or without time for review.
- Unclear payment terms or payment only after the deal ends.
- Permanent or unlimited rights to your name, image and likeness.
- Broad exclusivity that blocks other opportunities.
- No written agreement.
